Positioned for Choice

Being positioned for choice means being in the driver’s seat when making organisational decisions.

The visual metaphor of the flock with many kinds of birds was a response that resonated with Positioned for Choice, given their values and the kinds of activities they do. When geese fly, a pair of stronger birds will accompany the weakest, making the weakest link in the chain stronger.
